Video is windows media (.mwv ) format

Video is cataloged by USSTRATCOM ( Norad ) numbers. 

So for example the file called " 16908.wmv "-  means the USSTRATCOM ( Norad ) number of the satellite shown in the video is 16908.

      . There some exceptions like for the noss satellites, where I don't use USSTRATCOM ( Norad ) number.
